Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has added another feather to his cap after being named Governor of the Year at the National Leadership Awards held in Abuja.
The award recognizes his administration’s strides in restoring security, fostering social cohesion, and accelerating infrastructure development across Kaduna State. Since assuming office, Governor Sani has prioritized community-driven security frameworks, inclusive governance, and large-scale road, health, and education projects aimed at bridging urban-rural divides.
This latest honor joins a growing list of accolades affirming his governance model, which stakeholders describe as pragmatic and people-centered. Speaking at the ceremony, organizers cited measurable improvements in conflict reduction, inter-community dialogue, and capital project delivery as key criteria for his selection.
